What would you do with it? / Hva ville du gjort med det?

This table from the early 1900s has been haunting me for quite some time now... It's been up for auction about five times, without anyone being interested. This is the sixth time it's being put up for auction, and I'm wondering if the timing is right? There are some cons to the table though:

1. I wouldn't know where to put it, I just WANT it...

2. Mr B has banned all house related purchases for a little while

3. It would need some love and is definitely a DIY project... I don't know what to do with it though, am feeling blank..

So what would you do?? Would you get it? And what kind of makeover would you give it??

Dette bordet fra tidlig 1900-tall har forfulgt meg en tid nå... Det har vært oppe til auksjon fem ganger uten at noen har vist interesse. Dette er da sjette gangen, og jeg lurer på om timingen er riktig?? Det er noen punkter som veier mot å by på det:

1. Jeg vet ikke hvor det skal stå eller hva jeg skal bruke det til, jeg bare VIL ha det..!

2. Mr B har bannlyst alle interiørkjøp en liten periode

3. Det trenger litt kjærlighet og kommer definitivt til å bli et DIY-prosjekt (gjør det selv)... Jeg vet ikke hva jeg skulle gjort med det, føler meg rett og slett blank?

Så hva ville du gjort? Ville du kjøpt det? Og hva slags makeover ville du gitt det??

I would just give it a new lick of paint and rerstore it to it's original state. I don't like chipped paint and the wear-and tear look..

Paint it, cool color, make it entry table, mini music center, plant stand, dressing table, anything you still can find a use for...

Jeg tror jeg hadde foreslått en ekstra barselgave for min kjære:) Helt utrolig fint!! Jeg er litt shabby innimellom, og hadde nok brukt det som det er, men hjemme hos deg er det sikkert finest med litt tlc:)
